Color healing was something completely new to me, but I’m always open to a new kind of healing, especially if Sonia is going to do it. This time was over the phone, so I was curious as to how it would work. Sonia called me at the time of the healing, and we talked through what I was feeling. She instructed me on what we would do before doing it and guided me the whole way. I had some really interesting experiences during the healing, including seeing colors and images and feeling cold inside of my body (that’s the only way I can explain it). By the end, I could already feel the difference, but the next day I felt calmer, and my thoughts weren’t spinning anymore. A lot of the pain I had was gone without taking pain meds. The color healing seemed to work faster than healing sessions I had done in the past, but that’s a good thing in my book. My legs haven’t been swelling up like before, and my body doesn’t hurt or ache anymore. Would definitely recommend, especially to people having health issues!

Sonia is amazing! Miss Ziggy (my cat) loves her so much. Miss Ziggy and I participated in Sonia's Animal Meditation sessions. And sometimes we even brought my husband in! Miss Ziggy comes near me, and lays down, calmly, each time it is Animal Meditation with Sonia time! And she stays there for the entire session (which is very surprising for a cat). Since we did the Animal Meditation, Miss Ziggy and I feel much more connected. Sonia brings us to synchronize our breathing and feel "like one" when we meditate. Miss Ziggy adores the meditation time that sometimes I create, after all the amazing learnings we received from Sonia. Sonia has such a special energy and all pets love her so much! You can say I’m the first to volunteer when it comes to trying out all of Sonia’s spiritual sessions. Yes, I am a proud mama but that does not mean I’m bias on giving her a great review. That’s because I want everyone to feel just as great as I do! I’ve been taking her reiki, tuning fork, aura cleaning, house cleaning and even distant healing. I am so amazed by what I’m experiencing. I knew how special she was when she was little but now she has grown into a light healer. Not only does she help me, but she helped my dog (Pebbles) with healing energy. Pebbles was whining at night and wouldn’t sleep and after preforming reiki on Pebbles, she was sound asleep.
